AUGUSTUS is a program that predicts genes in eukaryotic genomic sequences. Currently, it has been trained to predict genes in human, Drosophila melagonaster, Arabidopsis thaliana, Brugia malayi, Aedes aegypti, Coprinus cinereus, Tribolium castaneum, Schistosoma mansoni, Tetrahymena thermophila, Galdieria sulphuraria and Zea mays.
