Download Workflow

Perform a literature search using the EBI's CiteXplore service (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/citexplore/), and get the results in a minimal XML format containing the citation information (i.e. title, author, journal, etc.), the identifier of the citation in the source database (PubMed/Medline, Agricola, Patent Abstracts, CBA, CiteSeer, etc.) and information about abstract and full article availablity including URLs.

Query	Query terms for citation search. For example: auxin resistance This is a Lucene query string, see the CiteXplore help for details of accepted syntax (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/citexplore/help.jsp#query).

searchCitations	arbitrarywsdl	Submit the search to CiteXplore.
Search_Parameters	local	Build the search parameters structure. By default this is set to give the first page of results, in the "core" XML format. See the web service documentation (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/citexplore/webservice.jsp) for more information about the parameters.
Unwrap_result	local	Extract the citations XML for the result returned by CiteXplore.

The drug repurposing workflow system screens at least 20 bacterial proteomes against this set of proteins that are already being treated against using established drugs.
