My company Handheld Solutions & Research Labs (known as HANDSREL) has developed a mobile platform for field data collection that is used in public health research and e-Governance. Custom solutions of our framework involve workflows for data collection, validation and cleaning, data-set partitioning, report generation and analytics. I would like to use advanced workflow tools to help automate our workflows. So I am interested in learning about Taverna for our workflows, and RapidMiner for extraction, data transformation and analytics.
