I am currently beginning work with NGS Illumina SE reads from retinal tissue to support hypothetical basis underlying the role of carotenoids in biochemistry. I plan to use myExperiment to share workflows and ideas, and results. As I work through my data I will summarize what worked, what didn't, and the problems that I have encountered along the way.
