This is a demo workflow to run BLAST program. It has multiple executionchoices: local execution, Map only, Map Reduce, Cross Reduce, and JobSubmission.NOTE: The Map only, Map Reduce and Cross Reduce choices only workwith the tabular output format (namely -m8).
