Group: Taverna Workflows introductory training course

This is a group for the Taverna Workflows Introductory Training Course.

The training focuses on the hands-on aspect. We will learn how to use a variety of tools to support bioinformatics research. What we will cover:

• Introduction to web services, workflows, Taverna, myExperiment and BioCatalogue.
• Building a simple workflow using Taverna Workbench (hands-on tutorial).
• Finding and using web services via BioCatalogue. 
• Using myExperiment to publish, share and re-use workflows.
• Building more complex workflows using services registered with BioCatalogue.
• Understanding and exploring advanced Taverna features (cross/dot product; asynchronous services and looping).
