<p>We've been working with the Galaxy team to develop support for myExperiment in the Galaxy interface. We're pleased to announce that this is now <span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; ">approaching release on the Galaxy public server during May 2012 (and will be available in the Galaxy release later in June-July).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; ">We're looking for testers and people to help create Galaxy content on myExperiment - watch out for announcements, and please contact us if you're interested in being one of our testers. </span><span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; ">The contact for our Galaxy integration work is Finn Bacall at the University of Manchester, UK.</span></p>
<p>There is further integration work in the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre (NBIC) between Galaxy and the Taverna workflow system, using myExperiment - this is called <a href="https://trac.nbic.nl/elabfactory/wiki/eGalaxy">eGalaxy</a> and it enacts Taverna workflows through Galaxy.</p>
