Perform an InterProScan search using the EMBL-EBIâ€™s InterProScan (SOAP) service (see http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/services/pfa/iprscan_soap). The query sequence to use is the input, the other parameters for the search are allowed to default.
