I am currently doing my final year project about the role of miR-140-5p in chondrogenesis. I have very few basic in bioinformatics. I have used BLAST, Prosite, pfam, DAVID, GEO and DREM but not quite mastering them yet. I look forward to learn more about bioinformatics through my final year project.
